About Me

I am an intergrative counselling therapist and I work using a range of traditional and contemporary models of psychotherapy including CBT and Mindfulness. I believe psychotherapy creates a space in which emotional difficulties can be explored and worked through within a safe, supported environment.

I have been practicing for over 14 years and I have experience working with a wide range of issues including bereavement and loss, depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, anger issues and confidence and self-esteem.

I have a diploma in Humanistic Person Centred counselling and I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors). I adhere to and follow the BACP guidelines on ethical and professional practice.
